A couple of days ago I made some delicious salads using the colors of the rainbow.
Red - Peppers
Orange - Carrots
Yellow - Cheddar Cheese
Green - Avocado
Blue - Mushrooms (ok not quite a match)
Purple - Onions
yeah, I'm that cool!
