These bike pictures are from some kind of bike-a-thon I happened across on my way to the el a few weeks ago. I'd never seen bike mods like these before. These people are kind of crazy and clog the whole street, hundreds of them, and they pay no heed to cars. I think they hate car drivers and feel like they are better people because they ride bikes.
