Figure 8 Race

I was in Waterloo for Abby's wedding this weekend and it happened to be Monroe County Fair week. Woo! I went to the figure 8 race on Wednesday night. Abby's brother Andrew was competing. I could have sworn I blogged about the fair before but I couldn't find the entry. Two years ago Andrew raced the car I grew up in and inherited when I was 16. That car placed but had too rough of a run to compete again. This year he raced a different compact car, number 33, and there was a big group of us there to cheer him on. The flashing leis were a nice touch.
