Locust

Locusts leave their shells around Waterloo every summer. Jessy, Abby, and I used to collect the shells and stick them on stuff. You can hang them on shirts really easily.

I found this one (with a real live locust!!) in the backyard when we were playing bocce ball.



I think the wings are pretty.
