See all that fog? These clouds often descend upon San Francisco, especially in the high peaks like this location. It gets very cold, dark, and gloomy and is not pleasant when you're going 40mph on a scooter. They clouds look pretty cool though, and it's neat to watch them as they move suprisingly fast, spilling over buildings and cliffs.
